We are an ISO Rated 4, all volunteer department of approximately 40 members.
We provide Fire and First Responder services for the residential community of Long Beach, Indiana and the neighboring town of Duneland Beach, Indiana
Our coverage area is located in LaPorte County along the southern shore of Lake Michigan; immediately east of Michigan City, Indiana.
Our area is covered by hydrants; we operate 2 pumpers: a 1000gpm 1990 KME/Mack and a 1500gpm, 2003 American LaFrance.
